What happened at the end of Entrapment? (Of course this is a spoiler thread)

I just saw the first 3/4ths of it on ABC tonight, then watched the last hour of The Practice (the only thing that may be better than The Practice are Scrubs and possibly Friends). So I missed the ending of the movie Entrapment...what happened (I saw up to the part where the hot Catherine Zeta Jones parachuted down a big vent)?

Turns out Sean Connery was working for the FBI (or some such organization) because they caught him a few years back and were using him to catch her. The big black guy (forget his name) was the FBI agent type person... But then of course he double crosses them and they eventually both get away to live happily ever after.

Yep, looks like I made the right choice in watching the Practice instead
