What happend to the Creative Labs NOMAD II/MG players?

Seems like everyone has them out of stock.

Anyone know where I can find one? I found one at staples.com but it's out of stock in my zipcode. Can anyone see if it's in stock in their zip code?

Only a few place sell the IIc but that one has no FM and no remote.

Any ideas? Is NOMAD II or the II MG being discontinued?

Dude, I think they are discontinuing them. I bought a Nomad II MG right before Christmas and there weren't very many around then. And good luck finding one at a retail store. I'll give you a bit of advise though, if you get a Nomad II MG, as soon as you get it break the battery conact off it. These battery contacts SUCK ASS! Ifyou do it when it is under warranty, they'll put MUCH better battery contacts on it. If you don't break a contact when it is under warranty, it WILL break eventually and then you'll have to pay to get it replaced. :| Anyway, ya, these are VERY hard to find now. The only thing it could be is that they are discontinuing them (the MG series at least). I don't know though. It is just a guess. I think they are still making the IIc players though. They're just hard to find.
