What happend to Elsa?

I was going to update drivers, from them the, other day and couldn't get to thier website. I also haven't noticed any elsa Geforce 4 cards.
 
Saw an Elsa GF4 4600 somewhere... odd... didn't know some parts were stil alive... i think Gigabyte makes their cards now... used to be Visiontek. Not sure though.
