I noticed this morning they made changes to the "Your Account" page. They're obviously upgrading their system today.

I called them because a Dust Collector for my garage I purchased in May has dropped $38 dollars in price. They refunded me the difference! Love that feature

DNS gives 3 addresses, most likely their head global load balancers. All 3 are returning the service unavailable message. This site is completely down.

He's right. Just tries www.amazon.com and it works.

Not for me he's not right. I tried www.amazon.com and it gives the error "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable".
