What happen if i put too low Vcore voltage?

In the intel 3820 spec it said "to be safe don't go over 1.4" let's say a 3820 @3.6Ghz requires 1.25V however i set it as 1.0 what will happen? will i endanger my system?

You won't kill/damage it from dropping the voltage, your just at the same risk of instability underclocking as you would be overclocking.

As long as you set the multiplier to 12, you should be fine..
