What H/D goes with PC Chips M811LU Socket A Motherboard

I have ordered from Outpost the PC Chips M811LU Socket A Motherboard. As it is on backorder, I'm trying to get the rest of the components.

This is my first build, so I may be missing it in the specs linked above, but what is the H/D bus I should buy for? Is it just *IDE*, or is there something else I should be looking for.

the board is easy to build, ATA100 o ATA133, just before you set up the board in the case, clean the cmos.....
