What greeting do you use on business communication?

I can't ever bring myself to say "dear". Dear Sir works, but if you're talking to people you work with on a semi regular basis, what do you say?

Are you talking about in an email? All of my emails follow a simple format:

<insert person's name>,

<message> Let me know if you have any questions.

Have a nice day.

<my name>
