What great high intensity games are coming out?

Done all my number crunching and it looks like itll run me about $450 when its all said and done to upgrade my current rig to a 8800GTSLI/quad core powerhouse

is it worth it?

i mean i run COD4 pretty well right now. it would be cool to run oblivion super maxed out but im fine where i am as-is for those two

crysis.....different story....medium at best so far

between now and far cry 2 (fall) is it worth updating now? i need a list of 4-5 games (i guess thats 1 average per month till then) to justify going all in here

wait for a better video card solution than a 98xx series

oblivion on highest settings isn't really anything special, but crysis on high is nice, and ultra-high is a slideshow when i'm in a battle but just looking at the scenery makes it worth it sometimes

Try crysis in DX10 with medium/high settings. I think it looks better than DX9 on high.

thanks, added that to the list - cant believe i forgot it

so thats 2 games....maybe 3 if i count rainbow six 2 (would i need more than whats in my sig to play that on max at 1080p??)
