What gpu can be juiced out in a e2180 cpu?

Gonna stick with the recommendation of 7770 or 7750 from the other thread. Or, look out for something used in the same performance bracket like a 460/560 or 6850 if they're cheaper.

I would go with something like this HIS H675F1GD Radeon HD 6750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity form NEWEGG for only $100. You would probably want at least a 450 watt good brand psu to make sure you could power your machine. If you're not looking for something not quite that speed or $ then thisGIGABYTE GV-R667D3-1GI Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card also from NEWEGG would probable do ok for only $57 after MIR.

Did you OC that cpu? You need (and will notice) the performance gains from getting to 3-3.2ghz

I oc'ed it into 2.8 ghz..... and I have a 500w psu
I,m planning to buy a hd 7850 for, is it worth it?

Something way below a 7850. Just go with a 7750, which will probably still be bottlenecked.
