Mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing (the Stovetop stuff is fine).

Also dinner rolls, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese work well too.

Take some potatoes, wash, peel and cut to desired lenght.
Throw into a bowl and toss some Olive Oil into bowl. Toss to coat.
Next throw some Mrs Dash in. Again, toss to coat.

Throw potatoes into the oven with the chicken.

Enjoy.

It's funny you say roast chicken because I always find it so superior to roast turkey.

Throw potato wedges, peeled carrots, onion wedges, and celery if you like in the roasting pan. Baste these as you do the chicken. Serve them alongside. One of my favorites.

Are there any roasted chicken chains out there? When I was in LA I really liked this place called California Chicken Cafe..
