when CNN interviews someone on the streets of Jordan, Syria, Iran etc. and that person says that Osama Bin Laden should get a medal for what he has done to America? (and no, I am not implying that every person living in the Middle East has the same opinion)

That maybe the end of the world is closer than we think. And also that I would not want to live in a world where everyone thought that way.

...that I'm glad that I'm not a person that revels and comends a person that supports and assists in the murders and deaths of thousands of civilian lives.

Yeah, I'm not too fond of the US Imperialistic foreign policy either.

First of all, Iran (and neither Afghanistan) are part of the "Arabic World" as you are implying. that's like calling the Japanese Chinese. Different culutre, different language, different race, different histories.

Second, to answer your questions, I would step out of the American viewpoint and pretend I'm a neutral alien and study the facts from both sides of the conflict and make an intelligent, fair, and compassionate analysis.

Now you weren't very clear on what your feelings were on the situation, but for those that blindly take a us against them attitude, I say that to simplify the situation to your own personal bias and ignore the wrong doings on both sides of the conflict is just plain ignorance.

You are correct. Iran is not an Arabic country. I'm sorry for offending you.

God forbid that I don't support all of the U.S's foreign policies, as well as the the administrative and military persuits of Israel. One of the benefits of living in the U.S. is that I can disagree with the decisions of our government without getting hung for treason.

It's one thing that other countries beg for.
