figured this would be fun!

Son, two tickets to a Boston Bruins game, some cash to buy dinner. Work appropriate clothing, grooming supplies

Husband, warm clothing, grooming supplies

Daughters - cash to purchase a nice ham or meat for their family holiday dinner, plus small personal makeup items

Cats- toys & treats :)

A rather needs oriented gift situation but I must shop carefully & I try to buy great quality clothing

I'm trying something different this year and bought my entire family cirque du soleil tix. The gift is spending a day together as a family.

I have an expensive outdoor cat house, now that my rescue lives inside it provides shelter to other less fortunate cats on cold winter nights

So far the only gifts that I've purchased are for my wife: (1) actual 3D maps of her favorite national parks https://www.amep.com/image/cache/catalog/prodimages/K-RM1722_b-1200x1200.jpg and (2) lessons at a local aerial acrobatics gym. We've been seeing the aerial acrobatics showing up at many local theater events and keep thinking that it looks difficult but fun. So, might as well try it out ourselves.

"Take me out to a dinner or show" has been my #1 wish-list item for the last ~10 years. Only once has anyone ever actually given me that gift. A great time and good memories with friends/family is far more valuable to me than a piece of junk that will end up donated to charity in a couple of years.
