I had a listen to rdubbz420's sample of the track. To be honest, I'd be inclined not to classify it as house. i'd lump it under techno/ rave. but it sounds kind of "dated", maybe that is what house was, in 1995. I don't know. it definitely doesn't sound like what passes for house, in 2000-2005. it seems too fast, and it doesn't have that cruisy feel of house, or that solid 4/4 beat I associate with house. there is a distinct lack of bass, as well.
It does have somewhat 'cheesy' piano chords, which were sort of a hallmark of some early house, but overall I don't think the structure of the music is 'house'. I could be wrong. haven't listened to the whole track, either.
