I do not care about noise at all. I just want something to overclock my ti4600 more that doesn't cost that much. The zalman looks pretty good, but I'm not sure whats out there. Anyone have suggestions?

The first one looks to me like the stock cooler with a couple of extra ramsinks. I have the second one and it's not meant for an overclocker, however it has been shown to give better results than a stock cooler if there is a fan on it, such as a side case fan. Otherwise, the second one is just meant as a quieter solution, not a cooler one.

I think that the Thermaltake GeForce4 is regarded as the best for pure performance. I dont think that the Zalman was desinged for overclocking and was made primarily to provide noiseless operation although it is nice and large so directing a bit more air onto it may allow some generous overclocking.

The TT GF4 hsf is made of cobber unlike most of the ones that come stock with the cards which are alu. It should dissipate heat a bit better and tests have shown it to do so.
