What games to buy for the Wii?

I bought a Wii for my nephew today for xmas, but thought I hold out on buying any games until I had more info. What games are must haves?

I say just pick up Mario Galaxy this month and be done with it.

How old is the nephew?

Can't go wrong for 20 bucks. Good puzzle game.

Then you can funnel his parents info on getting mario galaxy in the future, and maybe mario party/olympics.. one of the mini game franchises.

I think there is a Carnival Games that should be good for a younger kid. Lots of virtual console games as well.
