What Games did you get for your PSP?

I got NFS:Rivals. I thought of getting the basketball game, but it didn't look all that great. What did everyone else get...and is it as good/better/not as good as you thought it was going to be? I actually thought that the games would look better on the PSP than they do, as the graphics are rather grainy. The movies and videos look awesome though. Ridge Racer looks good, and was even cheaper than NFS:R. I wonder if I should have gotten that instead.

Any good recommendations?
 
I picked up Tony Hawk. PSP should be here middle of next week.

I might get Ridge Racer. I'll wait to play any other games before buying.

I got ridge racer NFL street twisted metal and tony hawk....
i had NFS it sucked and alooked bad...
returned it and got ridge racers..
all the other games are pretty also...
NFS looks like ass...
 
what's the purpose of the 802.11b? I got it connected to my wireless network last night, but I don't see what it's for. Can you play other people in games that aren't in your network? My brother would surely get one if he could play against me from his house.

I may have to follow suit, and return NFS for Ridge Racer. How are the other games? I want to get Tiger Woods, but not if it's going to be exactly like the game for the Xbox.

you can play multiplayer over the net, or in ad-hoc mode, connect psp to psp.


Plus there's downloadable contents for some games, and a browser is in the works.

Yeah, they're supposed to be putting a web browser in it. Also, I'm sure there will be software that will let you access it for things other than just gaming (download music/movies or something maybe).
 
Saw some dude on the bus playing it, didn't see what he was playing. I wanted to knock him out from behind and take his PSP, but I was kinda tired, so he got away damage free.
 
got ridge racer when i bought the PSP at walmart at midnight...next morning, picked up wipeout (still hasn''t been opened) and got tiger woods from Fry's today...

i have only played tiger woods 2k3 on my ps2..definitely like the 'feel' of the PS2 controller (at least my wireless ones better than the PSP)..

battery lasted over 5 hours on ridge racer...
 
I got Ridge Racer.

I clocked it and did everything on it 🙂 minus the new mode for the USA model. I had quite some fun playing it and unlocking the cars.

I haven't played it since beating it.

I got WipeOut Pure on the way in a few weeks. Lumines, MGA and some other game arriving on Tuesday from my uncle who is coming to England.
