what gameing headset would you chose?

well i'm going to pic up a new headset (guys I play with wine to much about my desktop microphone)

thinking about going with either the PC150 or going with the Logitech USB 350 headset. Now normally this wouldjust be a no brainer since the PC150 is a much better headset. but the fact that I have intergrated sound (NF7-S MB Nforce) I'm debating if the USB feature on the 350 would make it edge out the PC150 in this situation.

LMK what you guys think
 
I'm using the PC150 with my NF2's onboard soundstorm and it works fine. The guys I chat with said I sounded much clearer after upgrading from the stock Logitech UT2004 headset, for what it's worth.
