What game has this requirment?

Cogman

Heres my question. I was looking at games in walmart (definitely not buying as everything looked poor and was expensive) and I heard 2 guys talking one said something like "I would not buy that game as it requires 2 gigs of ram to run and nobody has 2 gigs of ram" Anyways I couldn't help but think what game REQUIRES 2 gigs of ram to run? I looked through the titles and could not find a single one (in my quick glance).

So there you go. Is there a game out that that needs 2 gigs of ram to run?

lol, yeah I realized that. I thought it was pretty funny as well.

😕
how do games look poor because they are at walmart? they sell the same games that places like EB and BB sell. their prices aren't any more expensive than BB or EB either.

Nothing "requires" 2GB of RAM, but some games recommend it. BTW, I think BF2 plays fine with 1GB of RAM. After upgrading to 2GB, the only differences I'm seeing is that the game loads slightly faster, doesn't stutter as much in the beginning, and starts up again quicker after alt-tabbing out. Not a big difference, just a minor improvement, IMO.

Similar stuttering issue with FEAR at higher resolutions gets fixed with 2gb as well.
