what full size headphones should i get?

i usually just use cheap 10 dollar earbuds, but today i needed headphones with a longer cord, so i tried these old 15 or 20 dollar full size headphones i have and i noticed such a big difference in sound quality. now i'm motivated to buy some good full size headphones but i don't know what kind to get. i want to spend 50 dollars or less if possible. i would use them with my mp3 player a lot and for watching movies, playing games, and listening to music on the computer. so what kind would be good? thanks!

I own sennheiser HD280pro headphones (got them for $60 with an ecost sale and a rebate)

My girlfriend has those HD212s. I'm listening to them right now to try them out and I'm liking them.

I haven't heard any $200 headphones or anything, but these sound very nice.
