What free utility displays DDR2 Voltage?

CPU-Z does not. Any small programs like CPU-Z that display DDR2 voltage?

The manufacturer probably has a hardware monotoring utility.

It's an Asus P5E x38 board. They have Asus PC Probe, but the darn thing installs a program that runs in services, can only be disabled in task scheduler (Vista).
