What FPS to run a server for?

I have a 2x2.4Ghz colo machine on a 100Mbit backbone. Until recently it was being used, but now I have no more use for it however I paid for it for a full year in advance, and I don't really care about the money and would prefer to just have fun with it, SO, I want to run a dedicated gaming server! I already have run a Soldier of Fortune 2 and a CS server in the past, so dont say those, but what are some other good FPS's that I could run my server and have a *POPULAR* server in?
