What format is my CD/DVD written in?

I have a few CDs and DVDs that I've burned over the past few years that Windows doesn't recognize. I can't remember what I used to write them or how to get them recognized. Windows usually says that they are raw discs. Nero says that they have a session and a track and IsoBuster also identifies a session and a track.

But I can't figure out how to read them. IsoBuster says that "no file systems and/or files are found", and when I run "find missing files and folders", it usually ends up finding a dll or exe or two.

I know all of these discs have been written from my Windows XP machine. Is there another utility that can help me identify them?

I'd wager that you used Roxio DirectCD. That program is the debil.
