What fluid to use in my water cooling setup?

So I am putting together my first water cooling setup and I was wondering what I should use as my cooling liquid. Just plain distilled water? Or am I better off adding a wetting agent?

Use distilled water and some sort of water additive. I suggest Hydrex. You can find it at www.switfnets.com

Hydrex is my choice because its a corrosion inhibitor, anti-growth, and a nice UV reactive green.

Use distilled water and a drop of dishwashing liquid.
