What flavour of GeForce 3 ????

Looking at buying a GeForce 3 for my new 1.2Gig AMD system....what one should I get ??? Have choice of 64MB DDR models from.........

Asus
ELSA
Creative
Gainward
Hercules.

Overriding concern is a fast and stable card, which can cope when I overclock my system a "little"

i recently bought the ASUS V8200 DELUXE and i'm very pleased with it.
it's damn fast, the image-Quality in 2D and 3D ist great, the drivers and software work perfectly (under WIN98 SE, not tried under WIN2K yet), it looks cool, the HSF is clever, and so on ...

just a perfect piece of technology from ASUS, it was worth all the money

and the game-bundle is also nice (sacrifice, messiah and startrek new worlds)

Hercules is the best so far, AFAIK.

ASUS has the "problem" of their new "cheat-drivers", so that's tained unfortunately.

Either way - I would stick with either ELSA, Hercules or Creative. But that's just my personal preference really. It's not as if there's major differences.

The Hercules has the "benefit" of being blue, which I just find amusing
