Installed some flooring on Saturday, any my legs felt it all yesterday and again this morning. I'm walking like frankenstein's monter
Yep, go to the gym every day and feel like you're doing it wrong after a day of flooring or shingles.

Win 10 did an update. Takes my 2 win 10 machines 10 or 15 minutes before they'll talk with each other. My old XP machine talks to the primary win 10, no problem. Jealous bitches.

We have a package hvac unit outside of the house. Every so often the condensate lines gets clogged with trash/rust flakes/?? from inside of the unit. When I had it cleaned last year, the hvac guy showed me the problem...poor design. The end of the line is really close to the wall of the unit. Anyway, the house has been more humid in the last week but it's been raining every day. I couldn't really check to see if the line was draining or do much about it anyway. So, 6:30 this AM, I'm dicking with the AC. Filled up the pan that I put under the line twice before I left for work at 7:15 so I should be good for another month or 2.

I didn't even feel it the day I installed it (Saturday) but I sure as shit felt it Sunday and now I'm even worse. I even stretched last night to try and loosen up a bit. I feel like I usually do after the first pheasant hunt of the season, where I've been hiking for hours through bramble bushes and corn fields.

DOMS really suck. Never understood why football/soccer coaches destroy their players on the 1st practice. Makes the rest of the week unproductive. Maybe it's just the idiot coaches I've been around.

I hate the shift in baseball. Hate it with a passion. In the limited time I've watched games this season I've seen at least 30-40 hits taken away by this atrocity.

Nobody watches baseball to see how well the infielders perform a shift or to see a slugger try to bunt to the opposite side for a hit. They watch to see action on the base paths and runs.

The whole "learn to hit the other way" jibe is crap. You can't ask a slugger who has pulled the ball since high school and fine tuned his swing for a decade to suddenly change how he approaches at bats.

Countless times at drive-thrus, the car ahead is done paying and moves up. But not far enough so that I can then move up enough to reach the pay window myself. Yes, there was enough room for them to move up more.

Hey, selfish brain-dead driver... move up and grow some sense of awareness around you. I'd honk, but the short wait time isn't worth the display of disgust. Even the cashier peers out the window at them.

Why do people pronounce Xavier "eggzavier"?

Why? Why?
Hmmm. I'd say they're pronouncing the 'X' letter, or over-pronouncing it I guess. If you say it like "xray" it kinda sounds like that ("eggzavier"). Ecks-avier

I just found out about the upcoming Echo Auto from my co-worker. I already have a couple Echo devices and think they're pretty neat so I'm interested in this one. Invite only for now though, and I'll be notified sometime later this year. WANT NAO. At least it's only $25 (for pre-sale).

Dang son I just found out about the new Joyetech ULTEX T80 80W with Cubis Max Tank e-cig device and it looks awesome.

It's coilless and you can clean the element with just a cloth; it said it had a heating element life of up to 3 months which is wayyyyy more than traditional coils (and whose life they seem to underestimate anyway IMO so it could even be more than 3 months).

I saw its price of $62 and thought "yep that's fine" and was about to hit the button to add it to my cart when I saw its only a preorder and won't be out until October 22nd.

Christmas stuff is out already. It goes from back to school, to a week of fall(still hot as fuck out of course), and now the fall stuff's kicked to the side, and Christmas stuff is up. Why bother taking it down at this point? Might as well have a dedicated jul section, and leave it up year round.

At work I'm the only person in my department that takes the time to set up the Christmas tree, even though everyone always loves it. This year I decided to just keep it up (and decorated) and shove it in a corner. It's so much easier.
