Or some such...

Or you ID thefted your Dad.

Did your wife ID theft her mom?

I am surprised since this is ATOT and none of us have older wives. (My first was 5 years younger and second 10 years almost to the day older)

Good Game?

LOL Don't think younger is better in the woman that raises your kid.

The upside is that you have some wisdom. My kid doesn't know it but he should thank God we were older when he was born and his Mom has mad skills/wisdom. Me, not so much other than that I should listen to her.

ok? I thought we were talking getting AARP envelopes.

I don't have enough super computer time to run my models as fast as I want.
I remember running a groundwater model for over 38 hours on a 386 machine and still waiting on convergence (the domain was a lot like an hour glass where it took lots of iterations to move water through the restriction). Then I got super computer access and the same model converged in under five minutes. At the time five minutes was considered an extravagant use of computing resources and I got a nastygram from a admin asking me to run that my models at night.

what kind of supercomputer?

A big cluster. Depending on the queue, I normally get 2 2.5ish GHz 6-8 core Xeons with 48-128Gb Memory per node. My models use 4 nodes, because the hand off at mesh boundaries between nodes requires to much overhead past this. I can usually get about 30 jobs running, because I'm limited to 256 processors.

Tried to buy the local newspaper so I can have copies of the Black Friday ads in print but they were all out. <sad panda>

The wife was texting me back and forth for 10 minutes.

I finally just finally called her back and solved the problem in 15 seconds.

I hate texting and phone keyboards myself, fingers too big.

What a phone is for to begin with in my opinion.

My oil stocks are absolutely in the shitter... but I accidentally hedged against it by buying U.S. dollars for a completely unrelated reason.
