The McLouds have been outdoing themselves this week. Aside from working all night Thursday, they started making noise at 8am this morning. Banging wood, and cutting shit up with a sawzall. I don't run power equipment before noon, even though I like working in the mornings. If I didn't have other neighbors, they'd be treated to my screamer of a chainsaw at daybreak on weekends, and slamming wedges through wood. Alas, I have other neighbors that aren't as irritating, so I have to stick to standard policy :^/

I f'ed up last night. I have a trainee who I set on a one person task, a key step in a time critical job. When the task is completed, the next step can be spread among several people. The trainee had done this task well previously so I gave him his space to get it done on his own. He got the task done but took shortcuts that made it impossible to spread the work of the next step so the trainee and I spent half the night doing all the work that could have been spread among four qualified people plus the trainee.
After an international flight, I dropped the rental car and was waiting for the bus to go back home, but was gonna take half an hour to arrive.
I visited a nearby apple store & was playing with an iphone 10, My wife uses 2 sim cards, an international sim for work & a t-mobile one; she is happy with the oneplus 5T that I got her, but always wanted an iphone for the cool factor. I asked a worker about a rumor that apple might release a dual sim phone in the future. This guy tells me I can order it from China right now. I asked does the X come with dual sim there? He said yes, everyone is ordering it from China since it's the only country that has it. but warranty won't be covered in the US. I said then why won't apple release that version here? He said no one needs it!
I searched online and can't find any, the only thing I found was a universal $1 dual sim adapter that would allow a single sim to operate at a time.

In those rare occasions I managed to get to bed before Midnight. Then starting at 1:42AM this latina starts calling me speaking Spanish. WTF? I don't speak or understand Spanish so I respond, "English!" but she doesn't even understand that apparently so I hang up. Ten minutes later she calls again. Now, I was actually asleep the first time she called and now I'm awake. We go through the same routine until she hangs up. Then another 10-15 minutes pass and another call, which I choose not to answer. Back to sleep, but not as quickly as the first time.
Then the phone rings again and I check the time and its 4:30 in the god damn morning and this same SOB latina and again speaking into my ear and I again say, "English!" She hangs up on me and go back to bed and sure enough ten minutes later another call, which I choose not to answer. Seriously, WTF? And where the hell in the universal translator technology for my home phone? I got back to sleep and got up at 7:40 this morning realizing my last chance this holiday weekend to get more than six hours sleep has been trumped. Bitch!

Ended up going with cheese/crackers/hot sauce and a can of boiled peanuts. It was alright. I don't really get delivery. If I can't bother to eat what I have, or get something myself, I don't deserve to eat.

I think my lg g3 is on it's way out. I've had intermittent sim card issues for awhile, and recently I've had to take the case apart, and press on the sim to get it booted with the sim recognized. Now it'll sometimes lock up, and won't properly start. I have to remove the battery to get it going. I just shimmed the sim with some brass. I'm hoping that fixes things, but I doubt it will. The problem is looking over phones at sprint, they all look like crap. I don't know what I can replace it with. I hate new phones...
Bonus problem/triumph... The ac in my truck hasn't been working. It's been very intermittent. This past weekend, we got some big rain storms, and when I drove through a deep puddle, the ac started working. It kept going for 1.5 days. Well, it quit a couple days ago, so today I decided to dump a bucket of water on the ac. It started working! Not sure wth's going on, but I can live with it. I need to look, and try to figure out what the real problem is though.

Walking around with $1.2k in my pocket, and I can't give it away. Wanted to get a phone today, and brought waaaay more than I needed cause dealing with Sprint's a clusterfuck, and I didn't want money to be an issue. Those fuckers won't just sell me a phone. It "has to be activated". I don't want it activated. I just want a fucking phone, and I'll deal your games later. "Nope" cause their Chinese shit is fucking special, and requires special juju to process. The secretary dealt with it for me, and she'll pick it up Monday, and dance around with a dead chicken, or whatever the hell Sprint requires :^S It's a bunch of bullshit.
If you sell hardware, then fucking sell me some hardware. I don't need games. When I got my chainsaw, it's how it should be done....

I accidentally bought a domain name for $60. I had it set in my pending buy at Snapnames and forgot about it and now I won it. I guess it was significant at the time I put it there, but now I don't want it. I guess I'll have to find a use for it or just cut my losses and let it expire.

uoguyz.com. It was Ultima Online related. I don't even recall what was there before or why I wanted it lol. My best one though was uogateway.com. Was a super popular tool back in the day and I managed to get my hands on it so made a top site list from it.

Wife calls me about 7:30 this AM, says there's some R rated shit going on in the front yard. 2 squirrels are screwing and then a 3rd runs down a tree and jumps on them. She says they were all fighting. I think it was some of that girl on girl on boy stuff.
