got stuck behind someone making a left a flashing yellow arrow

They didn't understand the concept of pulling into the intersection to guarantee they could get through at the end of the light

THREE WHOLE CYCLES for them to finally catch a lucky break in oncoming traffic
Actually if you are in the intersection when it turns red, you are supposed to stay there and not move allowing traffic to pass a stationary vehicle is safer than trying to get through moving cars.

I hate people who do this crap. There should be a law where if you can't make a left within say, a minute, you need to just go straight. Would be kind of hard to enforce I guess. I see this crap all the time in my city. The other part of the issue is so many places should just outright ban left turns. It would make traffic so much smoother. Get rid of left turns everywhere that does not have a turning lane or advanced green. For advance green that does not have turning lane make it so when it goes solid you have to just go straight. Left turns are probably one of the worse offenders at slowing down traffic flow.

You got stuck behind russian bears making left turn so not the same as people who live with other people.

Lost an hour of sleep last night due to this bullshit fuckin daylight savings crap. For us idiots that can't seem to go to bed earlier and get enough sleep, the spring part of daylight savings is BULLSHEET

I didn't notice the change until I was looking at the time on an email and google was telling me that I had received it in the future. I looked at the clock on my desk which indicated that the time of delivery had not yet arrived. Then I checked my smart watch which I guess automatically updated and I realized the problem. For the 15 seconds it took me to figure this out, it was pretty cool being from the future.

Yeah I have a hard enough time going to bed early as it is, this makes it even worse. I start day shifts on Tuesday so it's going to be rough.

I changed the time on my thermostat but I woke up to a house that was warmer than usual at 7:30a.m. on a Sunday... I forgot that my programmable thermostat automatically adjusts the time for DST.

DST really sucks. I've felt "off" all day long and I think it's because of the stupid time change.

If any new drivers are reading this. Do not follow these instructions...clear the fuckin intersection...don't be an idiot. When the light turns red, and you're already in the intersection, you're to get out of the way asap. If you're behind someone and the light turns red, you're probably not far enough in to hinder the traffic with right of way. Use your best judgement, and common sense, and it doesn't hurt to read your states driving manual...which will not tell you to sit in the middle of an intersection..

I feel several hours off, it's weird how 1 hour will do that. I'm also recovering from night shift so already operating in night mode and now the clock is an hour faster to make things even worse. It's almost 9pm now, but yet it feels more like 5pm.

I need to somehow try to go to bed early tonight and get up early tomorrow for an appointment. Then have 5 day shifts in a row. Going to be a rough week. Getting up early is hard enough as it is.

Getting up early sucks, especially if it's for work. If I had my way I'd get up at like 9-10a.m. and go to sleep at 2a.m. or later.

One bank raised the minimum amount in the account for not having a monthly fee from $300 to $500 and did not explain it well so I was out of $8/month for 2 months. Another bank charged me $8/month this month because the ACH/direct deposit (required for no fee) was slightly less than $500/each for this month (it was about $480).

$24 down the drain. <sad panda>

And no I need those two accounts among others so can't cut and run and close them out.

My bank has like a 3k minimum amount, it's rare I have more than 1k in there lol. I get paid, then bills come out. Rinse, repeat.

Come to think of it I should reduce my service to one of the lower tier ones, I originally went with a high one so I don't have to worry about how many transactions I make but I'm nowhere near the max.

My cat's spaying was botched at the shelter, so she's in heat again. Non-stop yowling and freaking out. Her surgery is tomorrow morning, but man, I got almost no sleep last night.

starbucks raised the price of their cheapest item, string cheese, from $1 to $1.25.
it was the goto item to buy when they have 'buy anything, get X' promos.

now its costing me 25% more
