I ordered a milwaukee string trimmer and pole saw attachment combo from home depot a few weeks ago.
Two days ago the order was delivered. Problem being, only the pole saw attachment was delivered.
Contact home depot and they confirm only one package was sent, and it was under weight for everything. Only viable option is to return the pole saw and reorder. They send a return label and UPS picked it up yesterday.
I then do a reorder.
Today I see that the package that was picked up wasnt scanned in yet, and now the order shows a second package on the way for my missing trimmer.
So now I have a return package lost in transit and possibly 3 packages on the way.
