Ran into one of 'those' people today. Rare thing too, not many around here, but this one was the only person in her world. Pulled up in the middle of about four parking spaces. Dawdled the whole time, fussing over placement of items in packages in the back of her whatevermobile. Paid no attention at all to others around her who had to work around her ill placement.

I cudda said a few words.

But she wouldn't have heard them high on her horse.

Those are the jerks that deserve shopping carts secretly tied to their car bumpers before they drive off.

I immediately 100% dismiss ALL "Amazon Vine" reviews and will NOT buy any product where they're a significant percentage of the "positives".

Also be aware that any time you notice what appear to be positive reviews for the wrong product mixed in to reviews for something, it's FRAUD instigated by the seller to deceptively pump up ratings/search results and you should NOT buy the product. (also report it to Amazon)

That fact that Amazon reviews as they exist currently are already close to worthless due to crappy bogus reviews posted by schills and zero effective moderation resulting in "Vine" only making things worse?

Amazon is back-sliding into AliExpress or Alibaba territory IMO.

My Air Pods Pro sounded awful. I tried to find them on my phone and I could not. Finally I opened up the bluetooth menu and they were not hooked up to my phone. My phone was using some other connection for them. Clicked on the Air Pods Pro and they synced up and sound great. That is 5 minutes of my life I am not getting back.

Went to BK to order the $10 Bacon King meal they have on the app. But the deal no longer exists and has been replaced it with a $9 Bacon King + medium fries without a drink. Adding a drink would make it the regular combo price. I don't want to pay $13 for a combo, and I don't want a $9 shit without a damn drink.

BK stays fucking up, they need to bring back the Cha'King, the Royal Chicken or whatever they call the shit's damn trash compared to it. And they need to bring back the $10 Bacon King deal.

We have Carl's, I don't know how the prices compare, but Carl's is damn near for 1%ers anymore. I think the last combo I got from there was like $17. I know they have cheaper items, but that $17 combo was $12 or something not too many years ago. Carls is MUCH better but I couldn't afford almost $20 on fast food. I just dropped $4500 on a scooter with a warranty so I'm broke and gotta eat on t3h cheaps. Hell, the $10.88 I spent was me splurgin lol.

I think my gaming machine is on the fritz, specifically, the SSD. It's an OCZ Vertex 3, I'm pretty sure those ones had known issues. The other day I noticed a boot error on the screen. Then after a few reboots it booted up fine. I didn't think much of it other than I should maybe look into that... Then today I went to use it again and the keyboard and mouse were not registering. Was getting some kind of driver error. I moved the USB plug and the hub (didn't know which was which and didn't feel like tracing cables) to other ports, and it fixed the issue...

Weirdly, nothing of note in the event log. I was expecting IO errors or something. But it definitely feels sluggish. Like there's latency to the disk IO. Been meaning to upgrade that machine to Windows 10, so I'm just going to ride this to the end until it craps out good. I'm surprised that OCZ is even still working, I think that's the first SSD I ever bought. It must be like 15 years old lol.

i tried fixing a friend's computer. the CPU was very well stuck to the HSF. managed to pull the CPU but the force required sent the CPU flying out of my hands and across the room. several pins were bent in the process, RIP.

In future, get the CPU hot with Prime95 and try removing it immediately after shutdown while it's warm.
