What firmness pillow do you use? Which is the best for side sleepers?

Demo the pillow in the store, that's what I did when I got my last pillow. Dunno what firmness it is, but I can't stand a pillow my head sinks way into so probably firm or maybe extra firm.

Edit: And I got mine from Walmart. :D

I have 5 pillows in my bed so I can choose. I wish I were joking. I lie on my back.

I've become a bit of a pillow fanatic over the years because I'm a side sleeper AND I must keep my head raised because of sinus trouble.

I've bought quite a few "extra firm" pillows that don't stay firm much longer than a week, if that. I end up doubling them in the pillow case, or always folding them over to sleep on.

Lately, I've been using some Ralph Lauren fiber fill pillows that are very firm, and stay that way for months.

If you sleep on your side, you want to get a firm pillow to support your head. I sleep on my side sometimes so I have an extra firm pillow.

I've got the Sobakawa pillows also. Quite nice actually. They are a little noisy, but they really don't loose their shape when you use them. Only complaint is sometimes they're a little loo hard.

I roll up a blanket. It can be molded different ways for different positions. I fold it different ways every few days so it stays cleaner.

My friends think it's weird.
