What file i backup in Office XP Pro to skip activation for future installs ?

I hawe the upgrade version off Office XP Pro wich I installed today and i activated the software online , my question is that since is activated allready what file i must backup if i want to install another time and skip this activation ?
I need also to know if i change my motherboard in the future the Office S/N will be still good ? ,..i change hardware very fast usualy , i allready changed my motherboard and the XP Pro key was still valid so i did not contact M$oft.
