What file does Win98se upgrade look for on win95 when you want to do a full install

I believe Win98 setup will ask you to insert the Win95 CD if it doesn't see it on your hard drive. I don't know which exact files it searches for though.

Somebody know this but they're not telling. Educated guess, a %WinDir% of some kind, system.dat, user.dat, system.ini, win.ini, and maybe gdi.exe or user.ini?
