What file can I copy to save all my bookmarks in Firefox?

Ok so I'm formating my hard drive tonight and I dont want to lose a lot of the bookmarks I've got in Firefox - anyone know if there is a file that I can copy to a disk to keep my bookmarks? Thanks!

Just turn on hidden files and folders and backup the Mozilla directory under C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\ and you will have all your bookmarks and settings.
