Visited a mancamp lately? They are called mancamps for a reason. There are plenty of women working in the oil industry, however very few are actually roughnecks in the oil field.

The camps are for the migrant workers.

Your pay is mostly danger based, so when Joan wants Dicks job, the bossman almost always prefers to put big Dick in that spot
Your going to find women pulling the drill pipes, inspecting them, blacklighting, buffing welding etc.

I sure could use some feminist help digging a trench for a water line going to my house.

Its only about 100 - 104 in direct sunlight and 94 in the shade.

I will even supply the shovel.

You take your time, proper breaks and it's easy peasy
Toss in some decent humidity so you can barely breathe while just standing there
But let's have them pics anyway
I want to see

I think we can all agree that girls need to be pretty. Those that are not have failed as women.

Oh wait... I mean they need to do lots of physical work. As we all know, this is what society has deigned the role of women. Advertising backs that up.

This thread... what the fuck?

It's less about being pretty and more about being a stereotype. Seeing a woman who could play Phillis from The Office holding a "this is what a feminist looks like" sign just steps right in it. Seeing a bunch of fat and/or ugly women, hippies, and gays being the majority of her support furthers the stereotype.

Imagine a black guy with a flat-brim baseball cap, t-shirt that goes down to his knees and basketball shorts that almost go to his ankles, wearing air-jordans; holding a sign that says "this is what a gangsta looks like". Now imagine he thought that by doing so he was making some bold social statement. :D

Simple reason OP is women doing their jobs are too busy doing their jobs to hold up a damn sign, trying to make a living instead of being (or pleasing) sexist asshats like you, all while dealing with bosses and coworkers being sexist asshats to them.... just like you are. That is, if they were even allowed to get the job, many bosses still won't hire women for blue collar jobs for the very same sexist reasons prevalent continuing just such a stereotype.

Have fun digging your damn ditch, have you thought that maybe your attitude is the very reason you don't notice women in blue collar jobs?

So what you are saying is that gangstas are smarter than feminists? :D

You are correct, I am sexist. Anyone who says they are not sexist is a liar. I also believe women should have equal rights, and equal requirements in society. This includes being a CEO or lawyer, but also having to register for the draft, just like men.

As long as women get preferential treatment in society, then I reserve the right to be sexist.

I wonder if feminist relate to the above image? Or, do feminist only relate to images of women in positions of authority?

Yes, I can relate to that picture a great deal.

Having worked in the welding field for 15 years, I have had to repair numerous devices in a vice.

One shop I worked at hired a female welder. She did her job just as good as any man.

As for me a feminist, yea, I think I am a feminist, just as I am a sexist. I think women should have all of the opportunities that a man has. But I also enjoy looking at titties and ass.

Well ya, me too.

If I got a choice between playing a male character or a female character in a third person game, I pick female because I would rather watch her walk around.

On the job, if I have a choice between working with Big Dick or Jane, I'm going to give Jane a try first. On every job site, your going to find a defensive circle around the female co-workers. With us men the biggest problem is balancing out letting her carry her load (if you were raised right), and stopping the "here, let me get that for you" that's built into us.
Another thing I've found is that when you need some people to come in on Saturday after payday, the men disappear, but Jane always steps up

That shit gets you fired, moron.
I don't believe you. How could an employer be insensitive enough to fire people who are fucking around on the job - holding up signs while pretending to operate machinery than can crush a person?

Don't worry, you are not a feminist. That label is reserved for only the most hateful lesbians on the planet. I thought I was a feminist until I learned what that word really means. It has nothing to do with equal rights and everything to do with permanent victim mentality. You can call yourself a feminist when you can look at a situation where women are obviously doing better than men and somehow spin it to make it sound like men are still the enemy. I can give dozens of examples of this.

Fact: As adults, men are far more likely to be victims of violence.
Feminists say: God damn fucking men deserve to be victims. We need to draw more attention to violence against women.

Fact: Children are more likely to be abused by women than by men. link.
Feminists say: Fuck children. Children should be forced to live with their abusive mother because fucking men should all be killed.

Fact: 40-50% of domestic violence is against men. link.
Feminists say: Shelters for abused women are good idea but shelters for abused men are bad idea because penis. Abused men and children deserve the abuse they get.

Fact: Men have much higher mortality rates across the board. They are more likely to die while working, more likely to die from cancer, more likely to die from heart disease in any given year. Women live about 5 years longer than men.
Feminists say: There should be no spending on men's health. All funding should go to special projects for women's health.

Fact: Some women actually love their children. (Crazy, I know!)
Feminists say: Fuck you and your children. Women should be forced to work. Staying home is never an option. NEVER.

Fact: Women are generally a bit smaller and a bit weaker than men.
Feminists say: We should lower the requirements for fire fighters so women with no strength at all can pass the test. video.

The feminist movement is just a bunch of lazy lesbians who blame others for their problems. They will say women are not proportionally represented in math and science, but they do nothing to fix it. I was one of the very few women in engineering. Where were all of those feminists? They didn't have the determination it takes to get through engineering, so they take the easy way out, get a degree in English with a minor in gender studies then complain that the gender cap is caused by sexism rather than their own laziness.

a Fact I've noticed- 75% of diapers would not get changed if left to dad.
-the amount of times I've seen new dads cry and puke at first is crazy

a Fact I've noticed- 75% of minor cuts to children would be have to be tended to by EMT's if left to dad
-mom calmly walks up, kisses boo boo, puts on bandaid

a Fact I've noticed- 75% of people will always look to the most extreme examples to confirm their bias, even after it's been pointed out them 100's of times

Funny that you would see them complaining about men not being proportionally represented in college though huh?:hmm:

Show some studies confirming that men are more likely to neglect children.

An overwhelming majority of injuries require no treatment at all. "Minor" cuts do not require bandages. Even some deep cuts do not require bandages. I had a very bad cut between my thumb and index finger that was gushing blood, and the solution was to tape my thumb and finger together. No bandages or stitches required.

Funny that you would see them complaining about men not being proportionally represented in college though huh?
Don't worry, angry feminists have noticed this and have found a way to blame The Patriarchy for it. "Women need education because men can make a living through physical labor" then 10 minutes later they say "women can do the same physical work men can do." Well which one is it? They need to stop this doublespeak bullshit. All they are doing is promoting the stereotype that women are incapable of rational thinking.

Feminists are making it harder for women to get hired. Instead of being seen as valuable assets, we are seen as potential lawsuits, especially in areas that are mostly men. If you put 10 men together, they will eventually mention something sexual, either as a joke or as a serious topic of discussion. Most women don't mind this, but there is always that crazy feminist minority that will cause a lot of trouble and start suing people. Companies are afraid of women. I think some interview questions were to see if I was easily offended. Almost every job interview, I would be asked things like who my favorite comedian is. I said Joey Diaz. The interviewer didn't know who that was, so I did my best to do a Joey Diaz impersonation. I got the job :D

weird thread.

I will say out of all teh women i know only 2 are not the type that have no issue busting ass in a physical job. one is 70 and has been a business women until retirement and the other is my sister who married a guy who bust his ass. she has never had a job.

the rest? i know 1 female truck driver, 1 mechinic, 3 farmers/dairy farm (hardest job i have ever seen was a dairy farmer). even those women with office jobs will turn around and work around the house just as hard as the husband doing whatever needed done.

Do they need to stop and take a picture of it? fuck no

Do feminists relate to those types of jobs?

Or do feminists only relate to jobs of authority?

You are making a mistake in thinking its a either or situation.

Hell my ex works in a factory, Has her CDL (drives for a local corn company but not the truck driver i was talking about) and can do damn near anything. She does not want "special" jobs or "special" test. IF she can't do a job she can't do it. she will fully admit there are some thinks she can't do (she is short at 5'2) that a bigger male can. she will give a try and won't bitch if she can't.

But she also says Besides very few jobs there is very little she can't do that any male can. In fact she can do more then most.

by that same reasoning she also knows men can do anything women do (well besides give birth). from raising kids, housework, etc
