I really like the chick from "This Mortal Coil" and the two singing chicks from a band named "Lush." I also really like Edie Brickell.

Have any of you heard Moe Tucker sing before? She was the drummer for Velvet Underground. She kind of sings off key but that's part of the cuteness in her voice.
 
Alison Krauss is definitely one of my favorites. Dido has a real nice voice and I also like Kasey Chambers from Australia.

And I'm tempted to say Enya, but nobody has ever heard her voice, just wacky distortions and harmonizations of it. 😉
