Exactly, fast food didn't make them fat, their lack of movement did. You can get just as fat if your home cooking is fatty as well.
Good luck burning off 3,000 or 4,000 calories daily with 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Most people have no idea what their calorie intake is from fastfood, or their sodium intake. My wife and I rarely eat at sonic anymore, due to the amount of sodium, calories, and their lack of a heart healthy menu selection.
A big mac meal contains approximately 1,300 calories.
Most people do not eat just the bic mac - add a large fries and a 32 ounce coke to that.
What is your calorie intake for the meal then?
My home cooked meals don't come remotely close to 1300 calories.
