Im getting a gaming bomb 2 soon. the case has 2 120m fans and 1 92m fan What are some brands that keep temperatures down are both good and not so loud a well?

i heard panaflos arent good when their under volted since they make more sounds. go on newegg.com and get some speeze and undervolt them to 7v. 15 for 15$ shipped.

I have had undervolted pannys for the past 2 years and they are silent. Maybe its the new batch of pannys that are acting up.
 
I have 2 undervolted 90mm pannys acquired within the last 6 months, and I've done before and after comparisons on them. Undervolted they went from quiet to inaudible.
 
Don't know if it's a Chinaflo vs. Japanflo thing... I've had good consistent results with Japanflos, haven't tried the Chinaflos yet though.
