What fans or cooling should I get for new build

What heatsink are you using? Case fans should be sufficient. The only one I would consider switching out is the exhaust, but you most likely don't need to (usually only if the heatsink fans are too close to the exhaust, and the exhaust cannot keep up with the airflow coming from the HSF). If you're still on the stock AMD heatsink and you have no plans on overclocking, then you can leave things as is. If you want to do a moderate OC, the Scythe Mugen 2 should handle those needs just fine. Since the Mugen 2 is oriented in a push (you can do a push/pull but I doubt you'd get much better temps), your exhaust shouldn't have a hard time keeping up (unless it really is one piece of crap case fan).

Thanks. When I run the RAM at its lited timings, 7-7-7-7-21, I guess that might technically be OC.

I'm using the AMD retail boxes heatsink.

Last night, I'd forgotten I turned a room fan on next to the PC being built, and said, "man, that case fan is a bit loud".
