Can advise which types of fans are suitable (as in ampere ratings) so that I can plug into the mother board I have 3
extra headers thought i can plug my chasis front and rear fans into it to save the molex. is this advisable?

if the fans actually have 3-pin adapters on them already, then they're safe to plug in. or are you implying that you would convert them using 2 wire to 3-wire connectors to plug them in?

Two things you need to know:

A) The maximum current supplied by the fan headers
B) The current required by the fan itself

As long as A >= B you'll be fine.

If B > A, then you'll have trouble (dead fan header on motherboard).

i would say if you want to play it safe probably 4W which is much lower than most case fans my 120 mm 89CFM enermax ultra cool
only take 2.6W

Watts = Volts * amps if the watts are not listed

tho most newer motherboards can handle 6W
