What fan should I get for a TR Alx-800 AL/CU HS?

I think I will be getting the ALX-800 for my new Athlon XP Mobile 2500+ CPU. I hope to overclock it to ~ 3200+ levels, so what fan/type of fan (CFM etc.) should I get that offers the performance that I want and is also very quiet? Thanks in advance.
