What Fan/fsf should I use on a OEM board for an OEM 1.2 T-Bird and what fans for the SX1030, since
I just picked up an sx1030 and will be buying an up coming either asus MOBO with the DDR as well as SDram slots with Raid if it is also Palamino compatable or any other like it for the same reasons, have an ATI AIW Radion 32 DDR and 516 med sDram will use it for Mild VideoEditing and CD burning with TDK 16x10x40, other than that I will not be gaming much if any, and will use the computer for very little overclocking if any. Noise is a pain but I hate killing anything worse than noise... still a good ballance would be sweet. anyone have a VolcanoII hsf?

I have the Antec SX830 I bought two Sunon High Output fans my case runs at room temp with an o/c P3 and a GeForce GTS. These cases cool so good I think I would go for a quit fan like a Panaflo. With the excellent design of this case I think they will keep your system plenty cool and be easy on the ears as well.

Ive got an Antec SX830
Comes with 2 rear 80mm case fans. I bought 2 more for the front of the case. There is also what looks to be another one of those quick connect type of fan mounting brackets located in the drive bay. 120mm fan mount maybe?
This case is gonna be awesome once I fill it up.
HSF and CPU is all I need now.

I do have a question though.
There is a six wire connector that comes off the pp-303x power supply.
I have no idea what the hell this thing goes to.
Any idea?

if you're worrieda bout noise how about getting the Taisol CGK.. great performer with low noise.. you can get it for about $26ish i think at www.inflowdirect.com you can also get 2 more 80mm fans, although the quiestest 80mm fans that still perform well are panaflo l1a's, and you can get those for $7 untailed, or tailed (3 or 4 pin) for i think 9 bucks each at www.teamawe.com .

if you're wondering, 3 pin fans connect to fan headers on your motherboard, and 4pin connect to the standard molex connectors from your powersupply... since these fans dont offer RPM monitoring, you should probably just go 4 pin anyway
