I plan on getting a Swiftech MCX462 Heatsink and was wondering what the best fan would be for it.

Highest CFM for lowest noise level...

Papst 8412NGL, if silence is your object.

Panaflo L1A, if you want a little more air flow ... and slightly more noise.
 
Found what I needed to know.

They got some really good CFM to dB ratios in my opinion.

Think I am going to go with 8412 N. 40.6 CFM at 32 dB
