What fan for a SLK948U Thermal Right HS.

Well I was gonna get the bundle deal on case-mod.com but its out of stock now. I wanna know what fan I should get to keep Athlon64 3200+ cool with a FSB overclock to run 3500 DRR.
 
I will also be using the 948 (probably with an msi k8n-neo and 3200dtr), will be going for an solid overclock (2.4-2.5 if possible) but dont want anything that is too loud (less then 50db would be nice, less then 40 would be great). Any suggestions?
 
I have a Panaflo FBA09A12M (92mm 48CFM 30dba) on mine and it keeps me plenty cool without blowing my ears off. The Vantec Tornado 92mm is quite a bit louder but was the ultimate in cooling. If you don't mind then noise it is the best way to go. I picked the Panaflo up from someone in the FS/FT forum.
 
I think i am going to go with the tornado and a fanbus (seems to be the best balance of noise and power)
