What excersizes can i do to strengthen my upper body without weights.

at home, i dont really have any wieghts.

so what are some excersizes i can do to make my upper body stronger, bigger.

Push ups, but technically, you are using your own weight. No weight = no strength.

Dips for obliques and triceps
Pushups for biceps and pecs
Chin ups for forearms, some shoulder, and some biceps and triceps

You can do push ups like fastz28 said. That will work your triceps and chest, depending on how far apart you place your hands on the ground. You can also do the reverse of push-ups. Lie down under a table and grab the edges. Then pull yourself up. You can place a chair under your feet to make it a better range of motion. This works your biceps and back. For your shoulders, do handstand push ups if you can manage (very tough).

A guy told me once that you can do almost any excercise without extra weights - just your own body weight.

Cheap and easy to make.

One lawnmower wheel,

One metal bar to put through the middle of the wheel.(abb roller).

Kneal on floor,roll out as far as you can reach and back without your gut touching the floor.

This is good for the whole body.

When your tough enough,try doing it from a standing position.:D

pushups. also do pullups and chinups if you can get a bar installed at your place.

push ups and chin ups are good, but invest in a cheap set of dumbells.. I dont know a single succesful body builder that doesnt use some bells...

Meph's got it. Yes, the handstand pushup or press. I think we called them Chinese pushups when we were in wrestling. You were upside down using the wall for balance and pressed up lifting your head off the ground. It was tough to do in the middle of a workout and it took a while to get that very first one ever. What a head rush.

There was an article on men's health about how to get in shape without going to gym.

Wake up, and do some balance thing...
At the office, start doing pushups against the table...
Do bar dip type exercise on the table...
Start boxing the air...
Do Some Stretches...

Sorry.. I'm horrible at explaining.

Right now, I just purchased a punching bag and planning to beat the hell out of it everyday.

push ups - do set of 20, different set different placement of your hands
dips - do set of 15, angle your elbow out for more chest development.
pull ups - set of 10. vary your hands placement.
dont forget to work your abs .. abs is like the main engine for your body, the stronger the abs, the stronger you can be ... upper body and lower body. Absolutely, never skip abs.

guys....the dude up there already said the easiest way ^^^

either make your own wheel or buy one.

These things tear your muscles up hardcore = hardcore results. It wont add much bulk, but the strength will come fast. even if you cant do much, just try it. Grab the wheel and slide forward ever-so-slowly, until it is uncomfortable..then come back. Do this say.....15 times. Tomorrow you will wish to gawd you hadnt :) That exercise is harcore! do it evry other day like 20 reps and in a month u will be an ASSLOAD stronger.
