What exactly is the difference between Athlon MP and XP processors?

I have a 1.4G TBird (133 FSB), which I believe is an Athlon-C processor, right? With the new Palomino core coming out, I am wondering what's the difference between the MP and XP class Athlon processors?
 
No difference except the MP does not have a locked multiplier while XP does. So it's more difficult to overclock the XP, because you'll have to play more with FSB rather than with the multiplier.

The core of the XP/MP is the same.
