What exactly is the default V-core for Core 2 Duo chips?

I've seen 1.25v, 1.3v, and 1.35v listed as the default vcore for Core 2 Duos, so which is it? I'm not talking about Speedstep voltage, rather the voltage required to run it at full speed.
