What exactly is Raid(0,1,0+1)?

Thanks! Guess I won't have to install it as I only have 1 HD.

One thing that the article didn't mention is if Raid 0+1 uses both Raid 0 and Raid 1 at the same time or if it's an entirely different function. Anyone know?
