What exactly is a "Pentium Dual Core?"

Recently, I've been seeing a 1.6ghz "Pentium Dual Core" T2060 in some laptops. Why is Intel using the Pentium name again? It seems like it should be a Core Duo, but it only has 1MB L2 cache, and the Pentium name is kinda misleading. What exactly is this mysterious processor?
