she is a cat burglar in a suit. she can use a whip, she can break into a lot of places and she is fast and agile. every so often, it would be suggested that she can "die" more than once. but usually, its pretty much just her getting away in the midst of an explosion. she also uses her sexuality as a weapon which, depending on the writer can be interestingly empowering or horridly insulting to any female audience.
the really interesting parts of the character come when batman is involved. so...this movie sort of has to suck. she is like the antithesis of batman, a vigilante that works sometimes for good but is basically always looking for what she can get out of it. she is a villian mostly becuase she is willing to kill and break laws to bring about her "justice" which batman, of course, despises. but they still get it on every so often.

Damn kids....don't know anything that happened before 1991.....why back in the day we knew what sexy was....and sexy didn't mean showing your stomach all the time....sexy was wearing a lemon on your belt....such was the style at the time......why I remember back in dickity six....we had to use the word dickity because the Kaiser had stolen the number zero.....why back then you could buy a sody pop, 10 pounds of popcorn, a hamburger, a new Ford, and take a trip to the World's Fair all for a nickle.
